don't show data type or unit for constrained list options

If I search for an atomic term that is a constrained list (e.g., Credential State), then click on the term and scroll to the bottom where it says Constrained List Options, that table should not have "Data Type" and "Unit" columns. It should only have "Name" and "Description".
