when viewing composite term, type of term and data type should be displayed #177

When I view an application term, all the relevant fields are displayed:
Name
Description
Type of Term
Data Type
Unit
UUID

However, when I view a composite term, 2 of these (type of term and data type) are missing, and should be displayed too.
