AAC: Copy cover (all images) from .aax to .m4b

For at least aac I would like to have the images copied from the .aax file to the .m4b output.
Currently the cover is used only for mode=chaptered.

Maybe the code -vn argument from the "main work horse command" should be conditionally replaced with -codec:v copy for aac (and all containers that support it).

I understand this still uses mp4v2-utils which is missing from current Debian/Ubuntu.
