Question: Device status not updating in HA until i query from Z2M

I have an issue that some of my devices don't update in HA until i go into Z2M and query the device state.

For example:
I have an IKEA Tradfri light that is on.
HA states the light is Off.
I then go into Z2M and click the 'check status' icon.
Z2M states the light is on and updates the state in HA.

Could there be a setting that i have wrong?
