For the Sinope LM4110ZB the tank reading is based upon one of two gauge types. A "5-95" or "10-80", currently it is defaulted to "10-80" when it onboards.
It appears the current "tank_level" value is a calculated value. Happy to help test, work on the calculation etc. with some guidance.
"10-80" Values
let x_min = 110;
let x_max = 406;
let delta = 46;
let lower_limit = 10;
let upper_limit = 80;
"5-95" Values
let x_min = 110;
let x_max = 415;
let delta = 55;
let lower_limit = 5;
let upper_limit = 95;
I would think having a selection under the "##Option##" set would be ideal to adjust for this. Basing it off
