You can ask your question here.
Space [2386328]: Hey, sorry I opened couple tickets by accident.
Space [2386328]: This is a great tool, but I think it doesn't work properly due to miscalculation. I wanted to ask if the employee efficiency formula in it has been updated? If not, will you guys update it? Thank you.
Space [2386328]: <@!117813482446913538> Hey there. Am I doing something wrong with the ticket here?
Isca [672082]: Nope. I cannot help with your question. Sorry, hopefully one of the other <@&679669933680230430> can.
Space [2386328]: who is?
cynikal [2130575]: I think this would need to be looked at by <@&753300236918718545> as it involves a back end change.
Decap [47662]: What exactly do we think is the miscalculation here? Happy to take a look
Space [2386328]: despite switching to the suggested set up, I still get a new suggestion. It's like a loop.

I'm not sure if below formula is used or an older one.

$efficiency = FLOOR(MIN(45, (45 / $required) * $stat) + MAX(0, (5 * LOG($stat / $required, 2))))
Kivou [2000607]: That's the one used
Kivou [2000607]: Can you point me to a bad computation of the efficiency so that I can have a look?
Space [2386328]: Well what I'm mainly saying is this for some reason I don't know, this suggested setup doesn't work.
Space [2386328]: Setting employees like YATA suggests, doesn't reach the working stats effectiveness that YATA tells it would.
Kivou [2000607]: I'm sorry but I don't understand what doesn't work
Space [2386328]: In the bottom of the first picture, it says "With the current repartition you reach a total working stats effectiveness of 1,786 (94%). "

Once you click the orange figures, it shows the second image. Saying, "Keeping the same number of positions, the following repartition would yield 1893 working stats effectiveness:... " But when you switch to the suggested setup (image #2) it doesn't reach that efficiency.
Kivou [2000607]: Like not at all or is it off by 1 or 2?
Kivou [2000607]: There can be some rounding errors
Kivou [2000607]: And when you say "when you switch" is it in game or in yata?
Space [2386328]: In game.
Space [2386328]: When I switch to suggested setup (I switched it 7 times now, all suggested by YATA.) it reaches around 1790. Not +1890.
Kivou [2000607]: Can you check which one is wrong ?
Space [2386328]: For example it says "Violience [430277] as Sales Executive for 131 working stats (+10) " but that employee is already in that position. So that (+10) refers to what?
Space [2386328]: This is the employee
Space [2386328]: I don't know the calculation behind that, so I'm unable to point the error. But I can provide all the information you need to figure it out.
Kivou [2000607]: Based on your first screenshot Violience as sale executive has a WS effectiveness of 121 according to YATA
Kivou [2000607]: Based on your last screenshot Violience as sale executive has a WS effectiveness of 121 according to the game
Kivou [2000607]: I don't see where you see the "Violience [430277] as Sales Executive for 131 working stats (+10) "
Kivou [2000607]: in your second screenshot I see Violience as programmer for 127 (+6)
Space [2386328]: https://i.gyazo.com/b6ad4b872d40ca021753cf20250659c0.gif
Kivou [2000607]: ho right
