Sort intune policies to apply alphabetically

Hi, this was something included in the old CIPP UI - basically it's missing the alphabetical sort on all the available policies, which can be annoying when you have a lot to search through.

Environment data

v7.0.3 for front-end and back-end.

This policy helps us prioritize improvements that directly benefit those actively supporting CIPP and ensure we can sustain our development and support.
