[Kavita+] Quotation marks display issue for MAL Stacks

What happened?

Just imported a MAL Stack with quotation marks in title and this is how it shows with this example: https://myanimelist.net/stacks/26632
Emoji show correctly, I encountered this only with quotes so far.

What did you expect?

Quotation marks to show correctly: "Guilty Pleasure" Starter Pack
