[Kavita] Library Default language

Idea Description

It would be nice if there was a default language option to set on a library so that if an item is added to the library and it does not have a language identifier the default language will be set. I believe most users will tend to have their libraries sorted by language anyways and there could be an option to have no default language for users who would prefer to set it manually.
