Dear KETSE,

I need to find a way to handle duplicate content management across projects. I see Casebox, I try to test but page demo is not working.

I have a questions: I have many project, there is a common text in each project! I dont want copy and past (duplicates). So Casebox solves this problem right?

files organisation

Thank for your help!

When you upload a file, its MD5 is calculated. In the future, if the same file is uploaded (the same MD5), CaseBox will not store the same file physically on HDD, but creates only a reference to the existing file. Visually it's like you have many copies of the same file in different folders, but in fact it's only one physical instance.
We've added this feature while importing around 14Gb of files. In fact there were not so many duplicates.
This feature is worth it only when the size of duplicates is big (i.e. movies)
