【GTAVC】Not compatible with Mvl

If the Maxos vehicle loader is currently installed and SCRLog is used at the same time, then enter the game, the CLEO library will report an error and prompt an unknown OP.

Should try to avoid using mvl and SCR at the same time, but I still want feedback. By the way, mvl to have added some new OP commands, I don't know if they are related.
