In order to build TCAMT, We have to build the IGAMT account management project. This latest depends on the IGAMT domain which makes TCAMT depends also on IGAMT domain.

Also, TCAMT depends on tcamt-lite-resouce which is only a jar. it would be better to have it on a separate project.
