Workflow needed to inform users of profile update in TCAMT

Per Rob: The user needs to be informed an make an active decision. This should not just happened without them knowing.

Per Woo:

In TCAMT <—> IGAMT.

After you update profile in IGAMT, the last of updated date will be changed for the profile.
When the user log into TCAMT, the profile will be automatically updated if the last of updated date is different.

So,

1. User save anything in IGAMT
2. User logout (if already logged) then login at TCAMT.
