Hello, very useful tool!

When detecting a change for say [".*.go$"], it would be great to be able to know which specific file has changed.

Perhaps it is reasonably to also handle a set of simultaneously updated files, as just a set of individual updates.

Hi @00001 , thanks for opening this issue!

I'll take a look into it, but I suspect the method we use to detect changes may be a bit to naieve for this to work. Will update this issue when I have more information.
