Clean up & update Julia classes

Julia classes is very dated.
Can the material be arranged by latest date similar to Books?

Its missing some great stuff:
Methods Of Mathematical Physics @dlfivefifty
Applied Complex Analysis @dlfivefifty
Financial Econometrics @PaulSoderlind
Financial Theory MSc @PaulSoderlind
Empirical Finance PhD @PaulSoderlind
Empirical Industrial Organization @schrimpf

The latest Stanford Matrix Methods
Stanford Intro to ML (some code temp removed)
Stanford Intro to LDS
Stanford Convex Optimization (Py/Jl/Matlab)
A bunch of others I can't remember rn...

*To be clear, the reason it's worth keeping a page w/ well-maintained links to classes, is if a prof is considering using Julia to teach Complex Analysis, seeing Applied Complex Analysis will make them much more confident
