It would be very useful if I could for example test Enzyme or other packages not just agaisnt a normal Julia build,
but against a build that has LLVM_ASSERTIONS=1 FORCE_ASSERTIONS=1 (and maybe debug information)

@maleadt has epxressed an desire for this before.
