Could we claim that two WeightedBasis are equal iff both the weights and the basis are equal?
==(A::WeightedBasis, B::WeightedBasis) = A.args == B.args
If so, we can omit this line in OrthogonalPolynomialsQuasi.jl/jacobi.jl:
==(A::WeightedJacobi, B::WeightedJacobi) = A.args == B.args

We can if they are weighted orthogonal polynomials. Otherwise, technically no but in practice yes...
(Basis is not really well-defined right now. Perhaps with a definition we can justify this)
