[Request] HX711 Sensor support

I would like to view the result from 2 hx711 sensors, channel A and B from both sensors
Could you add support for this sensor to homey.
Or is it possible to add a custom sensor to homey so the user can choose out of a list containing all the values and states available in the eps.
