Specification

Story

As a colony member, I want to be able to create voting reputation motions paying out members on proxy chains.

Description

Building on top of code that solves #4189 , we need to add support for the simple payment action, but with Reputation as the decision method.

Implementation

This issue is complete when...

  • Proxy chain voting reputation payment motions work as intended
  • Main chain voting reputation payment motions work as intended
