[Prod] The Finalize button remains visible and active for other users even after the payment has been finalized

Steps to reproduce

1. Set Reputation extension.
2. User1 create advanced payment.
3. Go to the Funding step and select reputation decision method.
4. Fully support the stake.
5. Wait until time left.
6. Go to the release step and select reputation decision method
7. Fully support staking.
8. User 2 opens Release step and clicks on the finalize button.
9. User 1 open Release step and click on the finalize button.

Expected behaviour

• Once the Finalize button is pressed by the first user, it should no longer be visible or active for other users.

Actual behaviour

• The Finalize button remains visible and active for other users even after the payment has been finalized.
