Error in is.null(fcsFiles) || is.na(fcsFiles) :
'length = 12' in coercion to 'logical(1)'

I keep getting the above error message whenever I load more than 1 fcs file...
I have 12 fcs files.

Using R. 4.3.1 on Mac and Biocunductor 3.17.

I have exactly the same problem and I am using R 4.3.2 on windows.
But when I turm back to older R versions like 4.2.0, I can analyze multiple fcs files without any problems. Maybe this is caused by the changes in some dependent R packages in newer R versions.
