is there a way to change the output directory for CyTOFkit2 #33

Hello,
I'd like to save the output clustered file in a specific location. Currently, the files are put in a temp directory under a randomly generated folder name.

If I try to click save the files on the GUI, the zipped file appears to be empty (see attached image)
