For performance and bandwidth reasons, we should allow users to select an image to be used for Mobile and Tablet instead.

Also, it would be very useful if an image for both Desktop, Tablet, and Mobile could be selected in both a LowRes and a HighRes version. The LowRes would be loaded initially, while the HighRes would be loaded once everything else on the website had finished loading (window.onload could be used to add a CSS class to <html>).
