Query to return multiple value for table widget

Hi,
I am trying to show multiple columns on Table widget. Can you help with any sample query that we can use ? In the issue thread, I saw some queries, but that return only one colum or a column concatenated with multiple columns, but i did not see any examples in the thread that shows table having multiple columns ..
