I have been using Bass Enhancing + Perfect EQ with Easy Effects for a while now and I love it but I would like to know how to adjust the bass level and I am not sure what setting lowers and raises the bass. I am on POP OS 22.04 and Easy Effects 7.1.9.

Thanks!

That presets works by using a "Convolver", thus a fixed operation that can only be changed by using another impulse response sample.
The only thing I can suggest you is to try adding the "Bass Enhancer" effects at the end of the chain (so after the Convolver) and playing with it a bit. Obviously it could result in distortion, it depends on the audio setup and the music itself.

I see, I really don't want distorted sound, that is why I like your Bass Enhancing + Perfect EQ preset so much. Would you have the time and be willing to tweak it with a little less bass? Now that I have Bose QC Ultra headphones the bass is just a bit too much, they seem to be more heavy on bass then my old pair and I am worried that so much bass with damage my headphone speakers and I had to save much too long for them for that to happen lol. I know that you have made other presets, and I have all of them but I like the balance that Bass Enhancing + Perfect EQ has managed even with more bass.

Thanks for the response.

Unfortunately, I cannot fulfill your request as I'm not the original author of the impulse response files, nor I have the equipment and knowledge for creating/editing them.

I'll too have a pair of Bose QC Ultra as Christmas present so I'll try the preset myself. The best bet is to find another impulse response on the web.

That is no problem, I will see if I can find one. If you have any suggestions that would be great.
