Was thinking we should possibly have option or just new code without option depending on what everyones decision is:
Server is empty/nobots currently will just sit in overtime until a bot manages to score or is empty and never will until someone connects and scores.
What if we adjust it so that it checks for number of human clients (or possibly number of human in-game clients) is > 0 when score is tied to allow it to go into overtime mode.
