[FEATURE] Set End date and Delete options for Recurring Expenses

• I've requested a single (only one) feature/change in this issue. It complies with the One Request Per GitHub Issue (ORPGI) rule.
• My issue is well-defined and describes how it should be implemented from UI/UX perspective.

What do you want to be added or improved?

As a user I want to set an End date and Delete options for the recurring expenses.

Why do you need it?

• I have setup a utility payment of X amount to be paid for N times(months). But after the completion of N'th time the expense would still show up in N+1'st month and so on. So, if there is an end date option while creating this utility expense, this would not happen.
• Also, for some reasons I would like to prematurely close a recurring expense all at once. I don't have an option to delete it. Current functionality deletes only the history and current expense but not the future recurring expense. As a workaround, I have to delete a complete category of expenses say health which has lot of unique expenses which are 1 time or recurring in nature.

How do you imagine it?

• "Planned End at" selection to be below the "Planned start at".
• Deletion of a recurring expense to have a prompt to choose between deletion of future expenses or only current day/month/year expense.
