[FEATURE] Add transfer to Planned Payments

• My issue is well-defined and describes how it should be implemented from UI/UX perspective.

What do you want to be added or improved?

As a user I want to transfer funds from one wallet to another at a fixed date every month.

Why do you need it?

• Currently there's no way to automate transfers, I have to manually do it everytime
• Making transfer available as a planned repeating payment would make it easier

How do you imagine it?

Right now, the planned payments section only has income and expense. I imagine there's a third option called transfer which would just do the transfer automatically at a fixed date, instead of me having to do it manually everytime
