Describe the bug
FLINNG engine parameters are re-defined here in the AddDescriptorSet

vdms/src/DescriptorsCommand.cc

Line 192 in 4eaa750

_flinng_num_rows = 3; // set based on the default values of Flinng

Expected behavior
The default parameters are already defined in DescriptorParams.h
