I think adding this is the logical next step after themes and colors have been implemented

Keep in mind I am wanting to change the home page to include the lobby, and update the profile page, and overhaul the game UI. However the other pages (News, Login, Create Account, TOS, Credits, and including the header bar) aren't planning on being changed rn so a dark theme could be added to them 👍

I'm imagining the settings menu would contain a toggle for light/dark theme.
