[EPIC] As a service developer I want to use postgresql/timescaledb to query NGSI-LD entities so that I have the full flexibility of SQL/SPARQL #660

Details

NGSI-LD provides already a powerful interface to query entities. However, the temporal API is not always useful for our usecases. Also, the query provides not the expressivity of a true sparql query. Since the entities are already stored in timescaledb we can use the shacl2flink libraries to build also sparql/sql queries for postgres.
