Short name of Republic of Côte d'Ivoire has no accent (circumflex) #156

I noticed that the short name of Republic of Côte d'Ivoire is Cote d'Ivoire without the circumflex on the "o".

I would have expected it to be Côte d'Ivoire. For example, Republic of Türkiye remains with its umlaut in the short form: Türkiye.
