Accept a file upload that will be scanned with all yara sigs and show the resulting hits (-s option). Discard the file after scan is complete.

Pulling this issue to bottom of the backlog. It's not critical.

For the file scanner, we should have an optional check box that will test the signature against the files in the "clean corpus" defined by NEGATIVE_TESTING_FILE_DIRECTORY in the settings.
