Describe the bug

An unchecked checkbox is dark blue
A disabled unchecked checkbox is grey
A checked checkbox is light blue
A disabled and checked checkbox is light blue as well

To Reproduce

Create a form with two checked checkboxes
Disable one
Compare

Expected behavior

A disabled and checked checkbox is grey.

Your Environment

Icinga Web 2 version and modules (System - About): latest
Web browser used: Safari
Server operating system and version: our Docker image
