Remove/Delete Button Consistency

This is really a non issue, but I was wondering about the Remove/Delete Button Consistency.

What I mean is: first, the button to remove an object sometimes is called "remove" sometimes "delete". And second, the Event Rule is the only object that has their delete button (names "Delete Event Rule") on its "main" page instead of the "edit" page.

Contact Group > Edit > Remove

Contact > Edit > Delete

Schedule > Edit > Remove

Event Rule > Edit > No Button

Event Rule > "Delete Event Rule"
