Add functionality to the IATI Standard template

On the IATI Standard page: https://iatistandard.org/en/iati-standard/ there are three cards at the bottom. Please can we add the option to add link text, rather than relying on the name of the page being linked to?

For example. It would be to 'Version 1 (deprecated)' as an option, then linking to the 'all versions' page.
