Unable to run files

Hello,
I'm attempting to replicate the results from your papers in python and wanted to execute the scripts that you have provided. It seems like it does not work as there is are issue with the addpath lines (also some function calls aren't defined i.e. db_seqs(), along with missing instructions on how to use the data from any of the datasets mentioned in the paper. Are there by chance any missing files, or extra explanations that you could provide?
