What I did (steps to reproduce)

Pasted TeX code into file that starts with
% @Formatter:off

Expected behavior

Pasted code is not indented.

Actual behavior

Pasted code is indented.

This is a feature that's not ours, it's actually from JetBrains, see Exclude code fragments from reformatting in the editor. There already is a YouTrack issue about this as well (which you can vote on).
