In Very Ambiguous (6 Suits), a card that could be carrot and mahogany would have a note of [cm] if colors are written in order, actually marking the card as chop moved instead of as carrot and mahogany, which would instead require a note of [mc] instead, backwards from the order of colors in the row. Could a color be renamed to prevent this from happening?
Likewise in some variants with black and teal, a note could be written of [kt], marking a card as known trash instead of as black and teal.
