Make an easy web UI where people can buzz people through any medium they want.
If a medium is selected that contains a bunch of options, the UI should present those options to the user. (e.g. pick which slack channel, or what the subject of the email should be)

Having a nice mobile UI is important here, since this will be used a lot during the event.
