The cardinality of the paramGroup for the ProteinDetectionList should be set to 1..infinity, since according to the mzIdentML1.2 spec doc
"The MUST contain the CV term “count of identified proteins” value= “xsd:integer” (MS:1002404). The value MUST be derived from the count of PAGs passing the threshold reported"
