Feel free to send a PR :) @cneud is adding them to his collection of GT datasets as well cneud/ocr-gt#33 cneud/ocr-gt#34 cneud/ocr-gt#33

Maybe we can also discuss your htr-united.yml approach in the future, common metadata for describing models can be beneficial for both HTR and OCR communities.
