Add `/heatmap` option for a yearly heatmap #175

It would be interesting to also have a heatmap not only for weekly data but also yearly data, similar to how GitHub displays it:

Instead of aggregating the data over all years, only the last year is displayed.

This would likely also require changes to the API to implement this efficiently.
