Add command to page through a person's transcription #102

A command should be added to go through all of the past transcriptions of a user.
Similar to /search, it should be paginated and show the post type and subreddit.

It should either be a condensed list to fit more on a page, each entry providing links to the transcription.
Or it should only show one transcription per page, but also show the text.

Not sure what the command should be called, /history would fit, but that's already taken.

/transcriptions or /index could potentially work.

On second thought, this could be accomplished by not providing a query parameter to the /search command
