Describe the bug
unable to add asset without adding description

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. install flex 5.1.5.nightly
2. add new asset
3. donot add anything in description
4. See error

Expected behavior
if description is mendatory field then mark it as redmark *
if it is not mendatory should be able to add asset without decription
