The https://github.com/GliaX/ page has a link to glia.org, but that domain does not seem to exist, and gliax.org does not seem to have a website up yet.

Thank you for picking this up! As we're more or less moving the project to be a completely academic one, I think the page might become indeed a placeholder and just redirect. I'll redirect glia.org when I do have a chance!
