Question: How to handle reload page while calling

Hi Team,

My backend team will listen event after the call end aim to send the history call like facebook. My issue is while calling the user press f5 to reload the page, after a few minute the call will end and these are not any event end call triggered, if click on end call button, event end call triggered. I would like to ask how to handle case reload page, such as: end call before reload or something like that

hi, @minhth1529, thanks for raising this question. When a call is not answered for a certain period, our backend will mark it as call.missed. You can listen to this event on your webhook. We will add this event to our dashboard soon, and you will be able to tick it (I'll let you know once this feature becomes available).

Hi @oliverlaz I don't mean that, when in the call, the other person picks up and talks for a while and I press f5 to reload the page, then after a few minutes, the call will be disconnected, but the event on the Backend side is not there.
