Hello using v1.3 Blizzard JB 9 I noticed the tweak options in settings disappears after rebooting and re-jailbreaking. Tweaks I tested RePower, NoSlowAnimations and Speed Intensifier.

Another thing I noticed is when I tried the tweak called RePower, that gives you an option to power off, reboot, respring when you hold down power. That whole thing disappears after rebooting and re-jailbreaking and trying to use it again, it will just give you Power Off.

If I Uninstall Blizzard JB reboot and reinstall Blizzard JB and install say tweak NoSlowAnimations, the options show up again in Settings but disappear again when I reboot and re-jalbreak. I've also reinstalled Blizzard JB rebooted first before installing any tweak re-jailbreak and then installed one and it will show the tweak options but then disappear again. when I reboot and re-jailbreak. I attached two images showing the options and the RePower menu working before rebooting.

Excited to support your achievement, I intimately installed Blizzard V1.0 on an iPad Mini, then removed and reinstalled again with the same experience and results.

If helpful to you, I would be happy to test any potential solution you may come up with. I have both an iPad 2 as well as the iPad Mini available for testing.

Thank you
