It would be nice to use Whodunnit for other wikipedia projects than WP:EN.

Some suggestions: somehow I managed to get the https://tools.wmflabs.org/whodunnit/?project=de.wikipedia.org into my browser history.
The client could parse URL parameters and transmit them to the server which in return uses this provided string for the api request – either in the form xx.wikipedia.org or as xx where xx stands for the language varient, e.g. en, de etc.

Only thoughts on this?
