I stumbled upon a way to copy a file (ASCII script, it does not work as well with binaries) from a remote server and execute it without ever creating anything on disk. It will work anywhere bash is available. It's not a shell escape, so I'm not sure if GTFOBins is the right place for it. Should I add it here?
